The Agile Project Manager will support agile projects for a pharmaceutical R&D team, managing progress, timelines, risks, stakeholder updates, and agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of agile projects
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Track and manage project progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices

Skills

• Project Management - Advanced (6-9 years' experience)
• Pharma drug development expertise, with a background in Drug Discovery, Pre-Clinical Research, or a wet lab environment
• Experience supporting Astellas or an early-stage biotech
• Strong PMO skills: analytical rigor, business case and cost tracking, templates and committee-ready presentations, maintaining project tools, tracking dependencies and risks, and organizing meetings and workshops
