[Remote] Agiloft Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tech Observer is seeking an Agiloft Consultant to design, develop, configure, and optimize enterprise contract lifecycle management and workflow automation solutions. The role focuses on Agiloft configuration, workflow automation, integrations with enterprise systems, and improving operational efficiency and governance.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure Agiloft CLM solutions aligned with business requirements
- Build and maintain workflows, rules, and automation logic in Agiloft
- Develop integrations between Agiloft and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
- Customize UI, forms, and reports in Agiloft platform
- Implement approval workflows, notifications, and escalation rules
- Troubleshoot issues in workflows, scripts, and integrations
- Optimize system performance and ensure scalability
- Work with business teams to translate requirements into system design
- Maintain documentation of configurations and solutions
Skills
- B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent in Computer Science / IT
- 5–10 years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience in Agiloft CLM platform
- 3+ years of experience in Agiloft configuration (Tables, Fields, Forms, Knowledge Bases)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Agiloft configuration (Tables, Fields, Forms, Knowledge Bases)
- Workflow and business rules design
- Automation scripting (Agiloft scripting / JavaScript)
- Experience in CLM processes (contracts lifecycle: drafting, approvals, renewals)
- REST API / SOAP integrations with third-party systems
- SQL querying and data modeling
- Experience in debugging and performance tuning of workflows
- Understanding of enterprise security and role-based access control
