Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Outfitter provides AI sales and marketing tools for home-service companies. The AI Platform Engineer owns and develops the production platform, including reliability, customer setup automation, billing and commissions, voice agents, security, data, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability: deploys, monitoring, incidents and fixes, so customers never feel the seams
• Ship what customers and partners need next, working alongside the founder and AI coding agents
• Build the tools that let our customer success team set up a new client in minutes, then automate setup so the AI handles it
• Keep billing and commissions exact: Stripe and partner payouts
• Tune the voice agents (ElevenLabs, Twilio) and the AI behind them
• Set the bar on security, data and testing as we grow

Skills

• You've shipped and run production web apps end to end: JavaScript/Node, serverless functions, a NoSQL database
• You build with AI coding tools every day and know how to review what they write
• You want to own a real system end to end, not a ticket queue
• You're calm when something breaks at 9pm and a customer is waiting
• Netlify, Firebase/Firestore, Stripe, Twilio, ElevenLabs or Meta's APIs
