[Remote] AI Product Manager

Remote · Morocco Full-time

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. John Deere is hiring an AI Product Manager to build and scale AI-powered parts experiences across Shop.Deere.com, Deere.com, and Unified Parts Experience. The role owns the Parts AI product lifecycle and coordinates reusable capabilities across platforms, while supporting internal AI opportunities through cross-functional delivery, governance, and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product and outcomes: Define the AI agents needed, value proposition, objectives, roadmap, and measurable customer, dealer, and business outcomes for Parts AI
  • Lead a dedicated development team: Provide day-to-day product direction, prioritize the backlog, make scope tradeoffs, remove ambiguity, and move capabilities from discovery through production
  • Discover and validate user problems: Conduct customer and dealer discovery, identify high-value workflows, test concepts, and validate that AI is solving meaningful problems
  • Translate needs into buildable work: Define journeys, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, data needs, guardrails, and release decisions in partnership with UX, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Content
  • Deliver and operate AI products: Lead pilots, phased releases, production readiness, monitoring, issue prioritization, and continuous improvement
  • Own AI product quality: Establish evaluation criteria for accuracy, relevance, task completion, safety, and user trust; use findings to prioritize improvements
  • Drive adoption and business impact: Partner with product, marketing, dealer, regional, and support teams to embed capabilities in workflows and measure utilization and value
  • Orchestrate across DEC: Coordinate shared skills, tools, data sources, and interaction patterns so each platform can consume common Parts AI capabilities without duplicating development
  • Prioritize AI work with teams using business value, demand, and support capacity
  • Share company and industry AI insights to encourage reuse of proven work and reduce duplication
  • Provide agent-building guidance, including instructions, templates, and reusable patterns for designing, testing, and deploying AI agents
  • Coach teams through use-case testing, alongside AI Champions, and help review results before expansion
  • Own program metrics, agree measures and baselines with teams, and review project status and before-and-after results
  • Review evidence with team leads to inform continuation, adaptation, or stopping; the leadership sponsor approves the next phase
