ZRG Careers is seeking an experienced technical recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for specialized AI, machine learning, software engineering, and technical infrastructure roles. The role partners with hiring managers, develops sourcing strategies, engages candidates, and tracks recruiting progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, Data Center, Cloud Infrastructure, and related technical roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and ideal candidate profile
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent across competitive technology market
• Build and maintain pipelines of AI researchers, machine learning engineers, software developers, data scientists, ML Ops engineers, infrastructure engineers, and technical leaders
• Conduct recruiter screenings to evaluate technical competencies, career progression, and cultural alignment
• Drive candidate engagement throughout the interview process while delivering a high-touch candidate experience
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health, market conditions, and hiring progress
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, talent mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent

Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical hiring
• Experience recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, or related technical disciplines
• Strong sourcing expertise with demonstrated success identifying passive candidates
• Ability to understand technical job requirements and discuss technologies with candidates and hiring managers
• Experience supporting high-growth technology organizations, startups, AI companies, or enterprise technology teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple concurrent search
• Experience hiring technical talent for AI infrastructure, GPU computing, data centers, or cloud platforms
• Has managed 15+ reqs at once, including roles with several seats, without letting candidate experience slip
• Has worked through mid-search changes in hiring strategy, priorities or headcount
• Has been a real partner to hiring managers, with weekly written and verbal updates and the ability to influence using data
• Full life-cycle experience (not sourcing only) at an AI compute company, neocloud or hyperscaler, owning hiring for at least two or three of the areas below

• Systems & deployment engineering
