Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Agility Partners is seeking a Senior Android Engineer to join a high-impact mobile engineering team. The role focuses on developing native Android features, building customer-facing experiences, and optimizing application performance and reliability for a large-scale consumer application.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy native Android features using Kotlin and Android SDK
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to deliver intuitive mobile experiences
• Develop scalable, maintainable UI components and mobile architectures
• Integrate backend services and APIs to support seamless user journeys
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and overall user experience
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and feature planning

Skills

• Strong experience developing native Android applications with Kotlin
• Deep understanding of Android SDK and modern mobile development practices
• Experience building and shipping customer-facing features in large-scale consumer applications
• Knowledge of REST APIs, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and mobile design patterns
• Proven ability to work in complex codebases and deliver features from concept through production
• Strong collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
