Techgene Solutions is seeking an Application Delivery Engineer to design and support enterprise applications in a Calypso trading environment. The role involves building scalable Java solutions, integrating financial systems, and supporting cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications and integrations within a Calypso trading and risk management environment
• Building scalable Java-based solutions
• Integrating financial systems
• Supporting cloud and DevSecOps initiatives
• Customizing Calypso modules
• Developing REST APIs and microservices
• Maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Supporting enterprise applications using Java, JBoss, MQ, and ETL processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of software and application development experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Calypso development experience
• Strong experience with the Calypso API
• Expert-level Java programming skills
• Experience building Java REST APIs and microservices
• Strong knowledge of application servers and software development lifecycles
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases and data modeling
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, Terraform, or similar
• Experience supporting enterprise applications using Java, JBoss, MQ, and ETL processes
• Strong understanding of FX products, market risk, and credit risk (heavy in Trading Systems and FX platforms.)
