Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Marketri provides fractional marketing services to mid-market B2B companies. The Associate Director of Marketing leads digital marketing program delivery across client accounts, helps shape strategy, and turns plans into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across a portfolio of B2B client accounts, making sure every deliverable is done well and on time
• Help shape client strategy through digital audits, competitor reviews, buyer persona development, and campaign planning
• Run digital programs that attract, engage, and convert buyers, including landing pages, email campaigns, marketing automation, social media, paid media coordination, and website optimization
• Own project tracking and documentation in Teamwork, keeping timelines accurate and everyone informed
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Databox, and turn the data into clear recommendations for what to do next
• Support webinar and event marketing, including promotion, logistics, and follow-up
• Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, in line with company policy, to work faster and raise the quality of the work
• Share what you learn with the team and contribute to Marketri’s thought leadership program

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional marketing experience, including 4+ years in B2B
• A track record of managing several client accounts at once and delivering on deadline
• Strong skills in HubSpot, SEMrush or similar SEO tools, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio or Databox
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and real curiosity about using them to work smarter
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
• A love of learning and a habit of sharing what you know
• Agency or marketing consulting experience strongly preferred
