Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AGS Health is seeking an experienced product marketer to lead product marketing across its revenue cycle management portfolio. The role shapes positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for solutions and equips Sales and Marketing to communicate differentiated value to healthcare buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the AGS Health portfolio
• Develop clear, differentiated narratives that connect our capabilities to customer priorities, business challenges, and measurable outcomes
• Lead go-to-market strategy and market readiness for new solutions, capabilities, and enhancements
• Develop and maintain buyer personas, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market perspectives that inform positioning, product strategy, and go-to-market decisions
• Bring market, buyer, customer, and competitive insight into product and commercialization decisions
• Develop the core messaging and enablement Sales needs to communicate AGS Health value effectively , including solution narratives, presentations, competitive guidance, objection handling, training, and other tools that improve commercial readiness
• Partner with Growth Marketing, Communications, and Content to translate portfolio priorities into campaigns, thought leadership, and market-facing programs
• Establish success measures for launches and product marketing initiatives, using market feedback, adoption, pipeline, and commercial performance to refine strategy and execution
• Work across Product, Sales, Strategy, Operations, and Marketing to create alignment around portfolio positioning and growth priorities
• Engage customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to uncover buyer needs, validate messaging, capture proof points, and strengthen the voice of the customer across the organization

Skills

• 7+ years of B2B product marketing, solution marketing, or related experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Demonstrated success developing positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for complex offerings
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complicated ideas clear, relevant, and compelling
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, including the ability to understand markets, buyers, competitors, and emerging opportunities
• Experience partnering closely with Product and Sales in an enterprise B2B environment
• Ability to influence across functions, build alignment, and move comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution
• Preferably in healthcare technology-enabled services
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare technology, or technology-enabled services and familiarity with hospital and health-system buyers
