Nagarro is hiring an Associate Principal Engineer - Senior Project Manager to lead project planning, execution, and delivery, including fixed-bid and public sector projects. The role manages budgets, timelines, resources, client relationships, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring compliance and driving process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet fixed-bid and public sector objectives
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task alignment
• Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, providing timely updates and mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular status meetings and deliver progress reports to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and government regulations in public sector projects
• Drive continuous process improvement and innovation in project management practices

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management, with proven expertise in project leadership and the application of project management methodologies
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing fixed-price / fixed-bid projects with full accountability for scope, budget, and delivery
• Strong experience leading end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required
• Experience managing complex project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change management
• Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• PMP certification preferred
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is nice to have
• Experience delivering projects in public sector environments is a plus
• Exposure to account management and business development activities is desirable
