ICP Group is hiring an Associate Product Manager to support the development and management of its asphalt and silicone roofing product line. The role works across R&D, marketing, sales, production, quality, and supply chain to guide product decisions, lifecycle management, and category strategy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Analyze data to make informed product decisions and develop strategies for product improvement
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and enhance roofing products
• Assist in defining product specifications, features, and pricing strategies
• Monitor the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring products meet or exceed quality and performance standards
• Propose and implement product improvements and updates as necessary
• Work closely with marketing to develop marketing collateral, including product brochures, web content, and sales materials
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide product training and support in achieving sales goals
• Participate in quality control processes to maintain high product standards
• Address any product-related issues and work on continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels and managing supply chain relationships to ensure product availability
• Serve as the primary leader and subject matter expert, driving the strategic direction, vision, and long-term roadmap for the entire category
• Manager the category portfolio by optimizing the product mix, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

Skills
