The Associate Program Manager will manage client programs and event elements, coordinate internal teams and vendors, recommend attendee experience technology solutions, and oversee budgets, reconciliations, reporting, and onsite execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships by building trust and delivering a high level of customer service
• Oversee and manage all program elements, including site visits, hotel sourcing, room blocks, creative, production, travel, onsite management, vendor partnerships, and staffing
• Ensure operational processes and procedures are followed and meet or exceed program deadlines
• Use expertise to craft solutions, assist with, and recommend attendee experience technology on assigned programs
• Provide ongoing, clear direction and communication to clients and all team members, including vendor partners
• Develop and manage program budgets and meet client budget requirements
• Maintain cost savings and avoidance data to maximize program value
• Deliver final reconciliations within client timelines
• Provide post-program evaluation feedback and thorough trip reports
