[Remote] Associate Systems Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. State Compensation Insurance Fund is hiring an Associate Systems Administrator for its Information Technology Client Support Services Unit. The role provides customer support, maintains site systems and infrastructure, and coordinates technical support and training for end-users and local operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service as the single point of contact to customers by managing call activity, service tickets, and assuming accountability for issues/inquiry resolution
- Administrate and maintain Windows Network Operating Systems, Active Directory, servers, network equipment, and telephone systems to meet site operational needs and systems goals
- Coordinate/provide technical support and training (educating) end-users and local program operations
Skills
- Eighteen (18) months IT Technician experience
- Two (2) years of IT Technical, analytical or computer systems or services experience
- Some experience may be substituted for education
