We're adding an Audit Senior or Supervisor to our nonprofit, government, and Single Audit team. What you will be doing: You'll take ownership of day-to-day engagement execution, guide staff, and become a trusted point of contact for clients. Your responsibilities will include: Organizing audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting for nonprofit and government clients. Conducting Single Audits, including federal program compliance and internal control testing. Reviewing supporting documentation, workpapers, and financial statements. Identifying audit issues and helping develop clear findings and recommendations. Coaching associates and coordinating assignments to meet engagement milestones. Working with managers and partners to deliver thorough, timely client service. What you must have: At least three years of external audit experience at a CPA firm. Hands-on experience with nonprofit engagements and Single Audits. Government audit experience strongly preferred. Understanding of GAAP, GAAS, Government Auditing Standards, and Uniform Guidance; GASB knowledge is a plus. Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline. CPA designation or progress toward licensure preferred. Ability to communicate clearly, manage competing deadlines, and support staff in a remote setting.
