Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RR Digital is a digital marketing agency developing technology and marketing solutions for law firms. The Full Stack Developer will build and improve a production document processing and automation platform, developing scalable front-end and back-end applications, cloud workflows, infrastructure, and AI-assisted solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Build backend services in Python running on AWS Lambda
• Develop and maintain workflows using AWS Step Functions, Textract, and Bedrock
• Support infrastructure managed through CloudFormation
• Build and enhance a multi-tenant, case-agnostic platform already serving active clients
• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to deliver new functionality and platform improvements
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development and improve productivity
• Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code

Skills

• Candidates must be based in Puerto Rico and authorized to work without sponsorship
• We're specifically looking for mid-level Full Stack Developers with experience building production applications using React, TypeScript, Python, and cloud-based architectures
• Strong English communication skills are required
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
• Full stack development experience using React/TypeScript on the front end and Python on the back end
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code practices, modular APIs, and maintainable architecture
• Experience building and maintaining production software applications
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily workflow
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience working with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, Textract, Bedrock, and CloudFormation, or equivalent experience in Azure or GCP environments with strong cloud fundamentals
• Salesforce or Agentforce experience
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
• Experience with document processing, workflow automation, or AI-powered applications
• Experience working in fast-moving startup or early-stage product environments
• AWS certifications
