Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Blossom is hiring a Banking Solutions Consultant (Sales Engineer) to support its core, digital banking, and cards solutions portfolio. The role partners with sales, product, and client teams to design and demonstrate tailored banking solutions, advise financial institutions, and support technical validation and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand client needs and position our solutions effectively
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for banking executives and IT leaders
• Collaborate with clients to analyze current-state banking processes, systems, and challenges
• Recommend best-fit configurations, integrations, and digital transformation strategies
• Ensure proposed solutions align with regulatory requirements, security standards, and scalability needs
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales cycle, building credibility and long-term relationships
• Address technical objections and provide expert guidance during RFP/RFI processes
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff from pre-sales to delivery
• Stay current on core banking systems, digital channels (online, mobile), and cards emerging fintech trends
• Provide feedback to product management to influence roadmap and feature enhancements
• Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and industry events
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills

• Excellent verbal, communication, presentation and story-telling skills
• Strong knowledge of core banking platforms, digital banking solutions, payments, and API-driven ecosystems
• Ability to bridge technical and business conversations, tailoring messages to both executives and IT stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with banking regulations, security standards, and digital transformation trends
• Proficient with Google Workspace or related software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 5 or more years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Pre-Sales Specialist in banking technology
• Masters Degree
• Preferably in fintech, core banking, or digital banking
