The Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative will resolve escalated or complex customer calls, answer incoming communications, and research solutions to resolve customer issues remotely.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Skills

• 6 months or more of customer services experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
• Computer experience
• High speed internet (>15 mbps)
