Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst – AI & Automation to support business transformation initiatives through artificial intelligence and automation solutions. The role analyzes business processes, gathers requirements, and collaborates with technical teams to implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for AI and automation projects
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to implement AI solutions
• Develop process documentation, reports, and business workflows
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution implementation
• Present business insights and project recommendations to stakeholders

Skills

• Candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology or digital transformation projects
• Experience with business process analysis and requirements documentation
• Basic understanding of AI, automation, and business intelligence concepts
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
• Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
• Any certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, UiPath Business Analyst, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus
