Responsibilities

• 01 – Professional Engagement: Build professional relationships and conduct high-quality conversations with prospective clients
• 02 – Discovery & Qualification: Understand individual goals, assess mutual suitability and guide qualified individuals through an established information process
• 03 – Direct Sales: Guide qualified prospective clients through an established sales process and generate successful sales outcomes
• 04 – Business Development: Apply established digital marketing strategies, tools and audience insights to generate and develop prospective client relationships
• 05 – Pipeline Management: Manage prospective client activity, maintain professional communication and follow-up throughout the decision-making process
• 06 – Performance: Manage your priorities and activity within a results-driven environment, taking responsibility for your execution and outcomes

Skills

• You bring substantial experience in leadership, management, HR, recruitment, workforce development, education, consulting, professional services or another people-focused field
• You communicate confidently, listen well, build trust and engage effectively with experienced professionals
• You work effectively without close supervision, demonstrate initiative and take ownership of your responsibilities
• You understand how consistent activity, professional engagement and effective communication contribute to successful sales outcomes
