The Business Systems Analyst will help establish a new release management process within ServiceNow by supporting technical specifications, Agile story development, backlog analysis, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Helping with technical specifications and agile story writing
• Backlogs, control analysis transferring to Agile stories and write acceptance criteria
• Personas within the system, understanding security models

Skills

• Business Analyst Experience within Service Now (Minimum Criteria)
• ServiceNow
• Previous Business Analyst Skills
• DevOps and Digital Product Release (Preferred)
• DevOps

• ServiceNow certifications are helpful
