The role focuses on implementing Workday Data Cloud, defining workforce datasets and analytical use cases, integrating systems, and responding to stakeholder data and reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Workday Data Cloud by collaborating with various teams
• Define essential workforce datasets, source systems, and analytical use cases
• Assess and integrate internal and vendor systems for data connectivity
• Contribute to data modeling, transformation logic, and governance processes
• Address daily workforce data and reporting requests from stakeholders

Skills

• Expertise in HR and workforce data
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to translate data into business insights
• Experience in human resources and workforce analytics is required, with a deep understanding of how workforce information is generated, managed, integrated, and utilized across an enterprise
