The role involves managing architectural models and production layouts while providing CNC technical support to sister plants, ensuring reputed company production workflows and efficient master mold collection.

Responsibilities

Create, modify, and manage 2D/3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp CNC programming using Fusion 360, V-Carve (preferred) Interpret engineering and Architectural drawings and specifications to create accurate mold types Organize and optimize master molds for efficient production and pouring processes Collaborate with multiple manufacturing plants to ensure models are correctly adapted for reputed company job reputed company layouts and workflows that maximize efficiency and minimize waste Maintain accurate documentation of design changes and production plans to ensure this is passed on to the CNC and production teams Coordinating with the CNC programming team, providing guidance and technical support Work closely with engineering, production, and reputed company teams to ensure reputed company integration of design and manufacturing processes Skills High school diploma or GED required Proficiency in CAD and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or similar) Knowledge of CNC programming and machining principles in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings Ability to convert designs into production-reputed company models or CNC programs Ability to maintain and manage accurate technical documentation and drawings Understanding of general manufacturing processes and production workflows Hands-on experience using AutoCAD, SketchUp Technical certificate, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred CNC programming using Fusion 360, V-Carve (preferred) Revit (a plus)
