YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced CFD Engineer to work on computational fluid dynamics, aerodynamics, and fluid-flow simulation projects. The role involves conducting, validating, troubleshooting, and documenting complex CFD analyses while providing engineering feedback.

Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate CFD simulations involving fluid flow, aerodynamics, heat transfer, and turbulence
• Work on mesh generation, solver setup, boundary conditions, and convergence analysis
• Analyze and troubleshoot CFD simulation results
• Apply verification and validation best practices
• Review technical solutions for accuracy and engineering quality
• Clearly document technical findings and provide engineering feedback

Skills

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on CFD experience
• Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, aerodynamics, Navier-Stokes equations, and turbulence modeling
• Experience with tools such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM, COMSOL, or similar
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills
