Responsibilities

• Use digital marketing and social media to attract enquiries from prospective clients
• Conduct initial phone and online conversations to understand prospects’ interests and goals
• Share program information and guide interested prospects through a structured sales process
• Maintain regular follow-up and accurate records of client communications
• Build professional relationships through attentive listening and clear communication
• Participate in ongoing marketing, sales and personal development training
• Organise your schedule and manage your daily activities independently

Skills

• A minimum of eight years of professional work experience
• Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills
• Confidence speaking with new people and following up professionally
• An interest in personal development and leadership education
• Willingness to learn digital marketing methods and follow established systems
• Strong organisation and the ability to work independently
• A reliable internet connection, computer and phone
• Comfort with a performance-based income structure without a fixed salary
• This role is not suitable for students or recent graduates
• Experience in sales, client acquisition, account management, recruitment or client service is helpful
