Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Talentoma is seeking a Client Process Consultant for a fully remote, Virginia-based contract role. The consultant will examine policyholder and agency workflows, analyze service challenges, facilitate discovery sessions, and recommend practical process improvements for policy-service operations.

Responsibilities

• Map policyholder and agency journeys across quotes, policy changes, renewals, and service requests
• Analyze recurring service issues, handoffs, and turnaround patterns in case queues
• Facilitate discovery sessions with service representatives, operations leads, and carrier contacts
• Recommend workable workflow changes, job aids, and escalation paths
• Document findings, action owners, and outcome measures for client reviews

Skills

• Associate-level experience supporting service operations, process reviews, or client-facing work
• Familiarity with policy transactions, premiums, coverage questions, or renewal workflows
• Ability to translate interviews and case observations into clear recommendations
• Comfortable leading virtual working sessions and summarizing decisions
• Working knowledge of journey mapping, workflow design, or gap analysis
• Sound judgment when handling policyholder information and sensitive service concerns
