Youll support existing customers and respond to inbound inquiries from small business owners who have applied online or are calling for assistance. What Youll Do Provide prompt, professional support with a focus on onecall resolution Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications Assist customers with policy questions related to coverage, billing, and general clarification Accurately document interactions and enter inbound leads in a timely manner Navigate multiple systems while multitasking between calls, documentation, and followups Contribute to a teamfocused culture centered on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth What Were Looking For Customer service or call center experience (property & casualty experience preferred) Active Property & Casualty license required (must be general or commercial lines - CANNOT be personal lines) Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems Strong communication, problemsolving, and organizational skills Dependability and a teamfirst mindset If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a collaborative, growthoriented environment, this role is for you. #prioritywest26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $21.47/hr.
