Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pyramid Consulting is recruiting for a confidential healthcare client. The Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator supports medication adherence by contacting members and pharmacies, documenting outreach, and tracking medication fills.

Responsibilities

• Review daily call lists and prioritize outreach to members regarding medication adherence
• Engage with members and pharmacies to encourage timely medication fills
• Document call outcomes and track progress using spreadsheets to ensure accountability
• Monitor and report on the number of calls made and subsequent medication fills achieved

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting
• High School Diploma
• Licensure as a Pharmacy Technician
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with members and pharmacies
• Knowledge of medications and pharmacy operations
• Experience in a member-focused healthcare role
