Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GPRS is hiring a hands-on Cloud & Platform Manager to lead its Azure-based SaaS infrastructure and platform operations. The role guides a multidisciplinary team and contractors while advancing cloud architecture, reliability, automation, security, and operational maturity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a cross functional team
• Establish clear priorities, ownership, and delivery processes
• Manage contractor projects and performance
• Partner with product and development teams to align platform capabilities with business needs
• Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of Azure infrastructure
• Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation practices
• Support CI/CD pipelines and environment strategy
• Optimize cloud cost, usage, and architecture
• Implement and mature monitoring, logging, and alerting practices
• Manage and track SLAs/SLOs
• Lead incident response and continuous improvement efforts
• Employ cloud security best practices
• Support compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, ISO, FedRAMP)
• Identify and mitigate operational and security risks
• Oversee platform integrations and system interoperability
• Ensure reliable data flow across internal and third party systems
• Assist in administrating the various tools and technologies that support our platform and development process (DevOps, CNAPP/CSPM, DAST/SAST, Observability Stack)

Skills

• 3+ Years in a Team Management Role
• 5 to 8 years in cloud, infrastructure, or platform roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience leading cross functional or hybrid team
• Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with DevOps/SRE practices and cloud operations
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of cloud security
• Preference will be given to candidates located near Maumee, OH,  Dallas, TX, Orlando, FL, or Mesa, AZ
