The role oversees project delivery, coordinates crews and subcontractors, manages client communication, and ensures safety, quality, schedule, and budget standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage every phase of commercial roofing projects, often across multiple sites at once
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules
• Be the client's go-to for updates, changes, and next steps
• Hold every job to our safety, quality, and budget standards
• Solve problems early and keep work moving

Skills

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site projects
• Project management experience from preconstruction through closeout
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and similar tools
• You own your work, stay adaptable under pressure, and lead with integrity
• Southeast-based candidates near a major airport
