Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Xperteez Technology is seeking a contract Computer Systems Analyst to support the training of next-generation AI systems. The role focuses on analyzing systems and business processes, gathering requirements, modeling processes, using SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating virtually, and contributing domain expertise to AI training data and scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex computer systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation within customer projects
• Gather, document, and validate requirements from diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives
• Develop detailed business process models using industry-standard methodologies to drive system enhancements
• Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for process optimization and issue resolution
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges, proposing actionable solutions to support ongoing platform development
• Collaborate virtually with project managers, developers, and other professionals to ensure deliverable quality and alignment with customer needs
• Contribute domain expertise to support the design and validation of AI training data and scenarios
