Takshila is a P2P co-fabrication platform connecting customers, designers, and artisans to co-create original products through AI-assisted design, on-demand fabrication, and transparent value chains. The Content Creator Intern will support the Brand & Growth team by creating content, developing brand storytelling, testing campaigns, analyzing performance, and helping shape Takshila’s identity and social presence.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling short-form and long-form content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Develop storytelling around Takshila’s mission, founders, technology, products, and global community
• Work directly with leadership to translate complex ideas into engaging visual narratives
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Business Development, Design, Community, and Operations teams to tell authentic stories
• Document the journey of building a startup from zero to one
• Brainstorm and test creative campaigns, viral concepts, and experimental content formats
• Participate in brand strategy discussions—not just content production
• Learn positioning, messaging, audience psychology, and brand architecture
• Help shape Takshila’s visual identity, tone of voice, and social presence
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate using data—not guesswork
• Stay ahead of platform trends while creating content that outlasts trends

Skills

• Are pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top institution—or have a portfolio that speaks for itself
• Have proven experience creating high-performing content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn
• Possess exceptional storytelling instincts, strong aesthetic taste, and an eye for design
• Understand internet culture, audience psychology, and what drives engagement
• Are proficient with modern content creation and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Want to learn the business of branding, marketing, and category creation—not just content production
• Take ownership, thrive in ambiguity, and are excited to help build a global technology company from the ground up
