Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Omnicom Production is hiring a Contract Corporate Recruiter to manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding coordination. The role partners with hiring managers, builds candidate pipelines, supports candidates throughout the process, and helps improve recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and the qualities needed for success
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination
• Find and connect with potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and other relevant channels
• Review resumes and have meaningful conversations with candidates to understand their skills, experience, career goals, and motivations
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Work closely with hiring managers to gather feedback, align expectations, and keep the hiring process moving
• Ensure candidates feel respected, informed, and valued, regardless of the outcome
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, track hiring progress, and share regular updates with stakeholders
• Support offer negotiations and help ensure a smooth transition for selected candidates
• Look for ways to improve the recruitment process and make it more efficient, thoughtful, and candidate-friendly

Skills

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships
• A good understanding of sourcing techniques, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment
• The ability to understand hiring needs and identify candidates who are a good fit for both the role and the team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, follow-ups, and meeting hiring timelines
• Comfort working with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking platforms
• Good judgment, discretion, and respect for candidate confidentiality
• A fair and thoughtful approach to evaluating candidates based on their skills, experience, and potential
