The role involves sourcing and managing candidates through the hiring process, partnering with hiring managers, and maintaining recruiting documentation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for Engineering, G&A, Product, and Sales roles across the United States
• Source candidates for individual contributor and management roles using LinkedIn, Google, and other sourcing channels
• Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial outreach through close
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and maintain search momentum
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout the recruiting process

Skills

• 3+ years of experience recruiting for Engineering, G&A, Product, and/or Sales roles in the United States
• Demonstrated ability to source and close individual contributor and management roles using LinkedIn, Google, and related tools
• Strong documentation skills
• Strong candidate and hiring manager management skills
• Greenhouse ATS experience preferred
