The role supports month-end close, general ledger and reconciliation activities, financial reporting and audit requests, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process
• Support general ledger accounting activities, including accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
• Assist with payroll-related accounting and cash management activities
• Support external audit requests and financial reporting requirements
• Participate in ongoing process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Successful candidates will demonstrate intellectual curiosity, initiative, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and evolving environment
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Audit or assurance experience highly desirable
