The role supports CrescentOne Glovia applications through incident analysis and resolution, production outage analysis, and bug fixing of customizations.

Responsibilities

• Incidents analysis and resolution
• Cause and corrective action analysis for production outages for applications in scope
• Bug fixing of customizations (If source code exists)
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors, business process owners and various stake holders

Skills

• Candidate should have strong techno-functional knowledge of CrescentOne Glovia (G2 3.5)
• Candidate should be good in functional skill
• Candidate should be good in technical skill as well
• Excellent oral and written communication
