Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for our customers, offering email, chat, and phone support
• Respond to customer queries swiftly and effectively, resolving any issues that arise
• Spot unsatisfied customers proactively and take the initiative to address their concerns
• Regularly send newsletters, schedule social media and blog posts, fostering interaction with our followers
• Manage our Amazon account, optimizing listings and handling customer queries related to our products on Amazon

Requirements

• Relevant experience in roles such as Virtual Assistant, Customer Service, or Amazon Account Management
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong experience in customer service, including phone, chat, and email support
• Experience in managing Amazon accounts is preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in word-processing software, spreadsheets, and online calendars
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Stable, high-speed internet connection
• Full-time availability, with the ability to work between 2AM-11AM Manilla Time Zone.
