Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and professional customer service to assigned clients
• Assist with back-end tasks including invoicing and data requests
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
• Manage order processes proactively

Skills

• A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience
• Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and apply it to client needs
• Strong analytical skills, along with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
