Sphinx Life Solutions is an independent life insurance agency seeking a Customer Service Specialist to meet remotely with people and families seeking life insurance information. The role involves explaining coverage options, recommending products suited to clients’ needs, and developing client relationships and a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Working remotely from anywhere using your phone and computer, you'll meet with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance coverage
• You'll help clients understand their options, recommend coverage based on their individual needs, and build meaningful relationships as you develop your book of business
• You will help clients protect their family, their future and their Legacy through Mortgage Protection, Term & Whole Life Insurance, Final Expense products, Retirement planning, and Advanced Market products including Indexed Universal Life Products (IUL’s) as well as Annuities

• Applicant must be a US Citizen with a US address for licensing and insurance carrier requirements
