The company is seeking a Customer Support and Analytics Representative to provide phone and email support, answer product-related inquiries, resolve problems, and contribute to analytics and cross-functional functions while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Our support representatives serve as the first point of phone and email contact for our internal and external contacts answering inquiries relating to a variety of product information and problem resolution

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task, work independently & be a self-starter
• Excellent PC skills that includes Microsoft Office suite
• Strong Excel skills required
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Some college preferred but not required
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• SAP and MARC experience preferred
