Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PHT Staffing LLC is recruiting an experienced Data & Analytics Engineer for a part-time, remote contract opportunity. The role focuses on data engineering, analytics, transformation, modeling, and integration, with emphasis on ERP, Go-to-Market, and Revenue Operations data. The engineer will translate business requirements and complex data into insights and data-driven solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data transformation, data modeling, and data integration
• Demonstrated experience working with ERP datasets, including understanding of ERP data structures, business processes, and end-to-end data workflows
• Strong ability to understand how business processes generate and consume data and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
• Experience working with GTM (Go-to-Market) and Revenue Operations data, including analyzing business performance, revenue-related metrics, and operational data
• Proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights that can support business decisions and operational initiatives
• Strong understanding of business requirements with the ability to translate them into data models, reporting solutions, analytics, or other data-driven solutions
• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements, resolve data issues, and deliver solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a closely related role
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data transformation, data modeling, and data integration
• Demonstrated experience working with ERP datasets, including understanding of ERP data structures, business processes, and end-to-end data workflows
• Strong ability to understand how business processes generate and consume data and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
• Experience working with GTM (Go-to-Market) and Revenue Operations data, including analyzing business performance, revenue-related metrics, and operational data
• Proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights that can support business decisions and operational initiatives
