The role supports data warehouse and ETL/ELT projects through requirements gathering, SQL-based data analysis and validation, and collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Perform SQL-based data profiling, mapping, reconciliation, and validation
• Collaborate with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Confluence
• Support SIT, UAT, stakeholder discussions, and defect resolution

Skills

• Strong healthcare domain knowledge
• SQL expertise
• Experience in data warehouse and ETL/ELT projects
• Gather requirements and prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Perform SQL-based data profiling, mapping, reconciliation, and validation
• Understand ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and Snowflake
• Work with healthcare payer/provider data, including Claims, Membership, Eligibility, Providers, and Encounters
• Understand EDI X12 transactions: 834, 837, 835, 270/271
• Collaborate with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Confluence
• Support SIT, UAT, stakeholder discussions, and defect resolution
