Key Responsibilities

• Data Capture & Maintenance: Enter, update, and maintain data across multiple brighthush systems with high accuracy and speed.
• Data Integrity Verification: Cross‑check entries against source documents, flag discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and IT teams to ensure data consistency and resolve data quality issues.
• Reporting: Generate routine and ad‑hoc reports to support decision‑making, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Security & Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with brighthush policies and industry regulations.
• Process Improvement: Identify data anomalies, document root causes, and recommend process improvements to streamline workflows.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with best practices in data management, Excel advanced functions, and brighthush’s proprietary tools.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in data management, business administration, or related fields is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry, administrative, or related role.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated computer or laptop.
• Residency in Georgia (or willingness to relocate within the state).

Preferred Qualifications
