Key Responsibilities

- Error Resolution: Correct data entry errors on the spot, document discrepancies, and promptly notify the appropriate stakeholders for follow‑up.

- Documentation & Filing: Organize hard copies and digital files in a logical, retrievable manner, following the company’s filing conventions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in data workflows and propose solutions to streamline processes and reduce error rates.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support cross‑functional teams with additional data‑related tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in business, information technology, or a related field is a plus).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Word and Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
