  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that elevate data quality and operational speed.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) and Google Sheets, including the ability to create dynamic dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining high data accuracy and consistency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex data requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience with data entry software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms) is a plus.

  • Project management experience, including task prioritization, deadline adherence, and cross‑team coordination.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, uncover insights, and propose process improvements.
  • Multilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish or Mandarin, to support global data initiatives and enhance cross‑regional collaboration.
