Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at brighthush, you will be the linchpin in our data pipeline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity across multiple client systems.

• Data Extraction & Transformation: Pull data from HRG, Helix/Self Pay, and other proprietary databases using pre‑built queries and scripts.
• Automation Development: Design, test, and maintain automated workflows that reduce manual effort and minimize errors.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous audits, cross‑check data against source systems, and implement quality control checks.
• Multi‑Tasking & Process Management: Run concurrent processes across multiple windows, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Client Communication: Escalate issues to Management Level and above, collaborate with project teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Reporting & Documentation: Generate regular status reports, maintain logs, and document procedures for future reference.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of new systems, client requirements, and industry best practices to recommend enhancements.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Take on additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and pride in contributing to brighthush’s growth.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and data flows.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python knowledge is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

• Availability to work the Pacific Time window (3:30 AM – 11:30 AM PST).
