In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary, flexible work arrangements, continuous learning opportunities, and the chance to collaborate with a global network of experts.

Key Responsibilities – Your Day‑to‑Day Impact

In this role, you’ll perform a variety of tasks that keep our data pipelines clean, reliable, and ready for analysis. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Data Capture & Validation: Enter information into our secure databases using keyboard, optical scanners, or audio/video transcription tools. Verify accuracy against source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, and invoices.
  • Quality Assurance: Compare entered data with original sources, use verification formats to detect discrepancies, and report errors to supervisors promptly.
  • Data Cleansing: Identify and remove duplicate records, correct inconsistencies, and ensure that all customer and account data are up-to-date.
  • Documentation & Logging: Maintain detailed logs of activities, record work completed, and document any issues encountered for audit purposes.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to data collection workflows, including the design of forms, templates, and automation scripts to increase efficiency.
  • Security & Confidentiality: Follow strict protocols to protect sensitive information, perform regular database backups, and uphold data privacy standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams—such as analytics, compliance, and IT—to ensure seamless data flow and resolve any data quality issues.
  • Equipment Management: Operate office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) as needed to support data entry operations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new data entry tools, cloud storage solutions, and industry best practices to maintain high performance.

Essential Qualifications – What We Expect From You

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in data entry, clerical work, or a similar office environment. Experience with data‑entry software or cloud storage platforms is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software quickly.
  • Typing & Accuracy: Fast and error‑free typing skills (minimum 60 WPM) combined with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to read, evaluate, and verify a wide range of documents, spotting discrepancies and resolving them independently.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote teams.
  • Integrity & Confidentiality: Demonstrated respect for privacy, discretion, and adherence to data protection policies.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable learning new processes, tools, and technologies on the fly.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle repetitive tasks with focus and maintain high quality standards.

  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying languages.
