  • Client & Advisor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and advisors regarding trade status, data queries, and issue resolution, delivering clear, concise, and timely updates.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively suggest enhancements to data workflows, automation opportunities, and quality control procedures to increase efficiency and reduce error rates.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate daily, weekly, and ad‑hoc reports on reconciliation status, error trends, and performance metrics; document procedures for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Compliance & Governance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to data handling, confidentiality, and trade processing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Trade Ops, Risk, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and alignment across business units.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, trade reconciliation, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or comparable CRM platforms) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data issues to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Experience with trade processing systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Tradeweb, or similar) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
