AXL Global Consulting is hiring a Dayforce HCM Integrations Consultant to help clients integrate third-party systems with their Human Capital Management systems. The role designs, builds, tests, and supports integrations and reporting-related data flows while gathering requirements and coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test integrations between Dayforce HCM and third-party systems
• Gather and document integration requirements
• Create specifications detailing source, transformation/mapping logic, destination, formatting, and integration protocol
• Configure and support various integration methods, including SFTP, APIs/web services, and file-based transfers
• Communicate effectively, ensuring deliverables are met and risks identified
• Collaborate with the internal AXL team to assist fellow consultants where needed
• Execute multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in Dayforce HCM exports

• Strong organizational and written communication skills
• Understanding of Structured Data/Relational Database concepts (MS SQL)
• Experience with programming languages (examples: Python, C#, Java)
• Creative problem-solving and business judgment
• Experience working independently without daily supervision
• Ability to multitask between different projects and clients
• Preferably with Dayforce
• Reports and/or Integration Studio a plus
• Consulting experience preferred
• Technical degree preferred
