Aktion Associates is a North American ERP software reseller with a high-growth technical environment and more than 300 professionals across the U.S. and Canada. The Deltek Technical Consultant- SQL will develop solutions for professional services firms, design SQL-based data conversion processes, collaborate with consultants and clients, and use AI tools to support development and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for professional services firms such as architecture, engineering, management consulting and IT
• Design and implement data conversion processes using SQL
• Work closely with our team of application consultants and clients to create custom solutions for our clients
• Use AI tools to support code generation, debugging, and documentation. Demonstrate awareness of how AI features within the platform can benefit clients
• Proactively communicate with clients and the application implementation team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction

Skills

• Knowledge of our primary product is required; Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint for a minimum of 2 years
• 3 - 5 years of MS SQL T-SQL development
• Familiarity with at least one AI-assisted coding tool
• Curiosity about AI/ML applications in ERP
• Willingness to learn and apply AI capabilities as they evolve within supported platforms
• Knowledge of Web Services a plus
