Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The hiring company is confidential. The DevOps Engineer will design and maintain resilient multi-cloud infrastructure and support automated, secure deployments across environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and maintain highly available, scalable, and resilient multi-cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud-native solutions
• Monitor cloud resource utilization, optimizing system performance, reliability, and hosting efficiency
• Build, implement, and support robust CI/CD pipelines to enable automated, zero-downtime deployments
• Integrate quality gates, automated testing, and security scans directly into deployment workflows
• Standardize configuration management and deployment strategies across development, staging, and production environments

Skills

• Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP core services (e.g., IAM, VPC, EC2, EKS, S3, RDS)
• Advanced proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, and Pulumi
• Deep expertise in Docker and enterprise Kubernetes management, including EKS/AKS/GKE, Helm charts, ingress controllers, and cluster autoscaling
• Hands-on experience deploying production systems using GitHub, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, and ArgoCD
• Strong programming capabilities in Python, Go, Bash, and PowerShell
• Solid background setting up tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK Stack, Datadog, and New Relic
• Practical experience with secrets management solutions (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager) and security scanning platforms (Trivy, SonarQube, Snyk)
• In-depth understanding of Linux internals, TCP/IP networking, DNS, load balancers (ALB/NLB), and service meshes (Istio, Linkerd)
• Familiarity with DB management, optimization, and backup/restore strategies across PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, CKA/CKAD)
